Benjamin Hirsch

Benjamin developed his gaming taste growing up with the NES and the very first Game Boy. After starting his programming career in several IT positons, he worked as a PHP web developer for an advertising agency. In 2001 he started playing his first MMO Dark Age of Camelot, which led to the development of a game database (www.vanen.info) together with Marcel and Mathias. Their next joint project became BLASC, Germany's most popular World of Warcraft database. Employed at Computec Media AG from 2006 - 2009, Benjamin was a member of the buffed.de launch team. When he's not busy building new exciting web sites, he still plays Dark Age of Camelot or enjoys the sun on the Lake Constance.

Marcel Anacker

Senior Software Developer / Architect

Marcel wrote his first program on a piece of paper when he was a kid. His access to computers improved over the years and after studying computer sciences he worked as a web developer and programmer (proud PHP veteran since version 3.0.13). As a side project, he started Germany's most popular game database for Dark Age of Camelot with Benjamin and Mathias. Together they followed-up with the creation of the BLASC WoW database in 2005. Marcel's specialty is converting game data into web sites for end users. He was employed at Computec Media AG / buffed.de from 2006 - 2009. When he's not tinkering with LUA interfaces and the like, Marcel is busy raiding in WoW and expanding his Blu-ray movie collection.

Mathias Fabian

Senior Software Developer / Architect
Co-Founder / Product manager

Mathias has been working as a software developer since 1999. It didn't take him long to make the jump from serious fare such as hospital management programs to gaming. He started developing tools for browser games and worked on one of the first databases for Dark Age of Camelot together with Benjamin and Marcel. He has been developing the original BLASC database client and was employed at Computec Media AG / buffed from 2006 - 2009. Mathias also plays a mean game of Guitar Hero and has maxed out his fire resistance thanks to his position behind the grill at the annual buffed BBQ.
